Yes, we produce all of our items ourself

Do your product run true to size?
Each product is made differently so it is the best to check the size on the product page that you are looking at for accurate sizing information.

How soon can I get my order?
After you order, transfer, and confirm your payment, we will process the order the NEXT DAY / in 24 hours. Note that process is only checking the payment, preparing and delivering the goods to the shipping company on the NEXT shipping day. After that, the shipping company needs certain amount of time to deliver it to you, vary from 2-5 days for domestic and 7-14 days for international deliveries.

Out of stock? What if the item I'm interested in is no longer available?
Please contact our customer care department at infoview@nevikusuma.com and we will do our best to notify you if the item becomes available again. Please include the best email address for reaching you when the item becomes available. Because of the limited materials, we cannot restock every item.

I keep getting an error when trying to place an order. What should I do?
